We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Permanent Senior Systems Engineer in the Tech Services industry. The successful candidate will be a key player in the design, development, testing, and implementation of complex systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to contribute to the growth and success of our company while working in a challenging and rewarding environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MBSE and a proven track record of managing complex technical projects.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex systems using MBSE methodologies.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and specifications.
3. Conduct system-level testing and validation to ensure the performance and reliability of the system.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and defects.
5. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design documents, test plans, and user manuals.
6. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
7. Stay abreast of the latest developments in systems engineering and MBSE methodologies.
8. Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the quality and effectiveness of the systems.
9. Work closely with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
10. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our systems engineering processes and practices.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, computer science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering, with a focus on MBSE methodologies.
3. Proven track record of managing complex technical projects from conception to completion.
4. Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand and solve complex technical problems.
5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
6. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers.
7. Proficient in using MBSE tools and software.
8. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
9. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
10. Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
