ERP Trainer (Epicor P21)

Pay Range:$70,000-$90,000 Per Year

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic ERP Trainer to join our team in Charlotte, NC.
This full-time role involves creating and delivering training programs for enterprise resource planning systems, with a focus on enhancing user engagement and adoption.
The ideal candidate will have experience with various ERP technologies and a passion for teaching and mentoring others.

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement training programs for various ERP modules.
Create instructional materials and eLearning content tailored to different user roles.
Conduct both remote and on-site training sessions during various project phases.
Collaborate with implementation teams to understand and communicate new features.
Collect and analyze user feedback to improve training effectiveness.

Qualifications
5 years of experience in ERP training, with a strong preference for experience in similar systems.
Proficiency in adult learning principles and instructional design.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with training tools and learning management systems.
Understanding of distribution, warehouse, or service operations is advantageous.
