Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Techno-Functional Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Discrete Manufacturing, Warehouse Management (WMS), and Inventory modules. The consultant will provide onsite production support, collaborate closely with plant operations, and ensure smooth execution of manufacturing, warehouse, and shipping processes.

Key Responsibilities

< data-start="1213" data-end="1248">Functional & Technical Support

• Provide daily support for Oracle EBS modules including:

  • Manufacturing (WIP, BOM, MRP)

  • Warehouse Management (WMS) and Inventory

  • Shipping Execution

• Troubleshoot and resolve high-priority production, warehouse, and shipping issues

• Perform root cause analysis and coordinate fixes with cross-functional teams

• Monitor interface failures and transactional errors; resolve or escalate as needed

< data-start="1658" data-end="1696">Onsite Operations & Floor Support

• Maintain strong onsite presence across:

  • Production floor

  • Warehouse and storage areas

  • Shipping and dock operations

• Work directly with end users to validate real-time transactions

• Support barcode scanners, handheld devices, and packing stations

< data-start="1959" data-end="1994">Stakeholder & User Interaction

• Act as primary IT contact for plant operations

• Gather enhancement requirements and process improvement inputs

• Communicate effectively during critical incidents

• Coordinate with global IT teams, Oracle support, and business SMEs

< data-start="2231" data-end="2269">Testing, Training & Documentation

• Support testing for patches, upgrades, and new feature deployments

• Create SOPs, user guides, and quick-reference documentation

• Conduct end-user training sessions

• Identify recurring system issues and propose long-term fixes

• Recommend configuration and process improvements to optimize warehouse and shipping flows

Required Experience

• Minimum 10+ years of Oracle EBS techno-functional experience

• Strong domain expertise in Manufacturing and WMS environments

• Proven onsite production support experience in plant or warehouse settings
