Job Description
A Customer Support Engineer job in West Palm Beach, FL is currently available at Belcan. This is a direct, full-time position with benefits. To be considered for this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Customer Support Engineer job duties:
* Develop source data for the F135 gas turbine engine using proprietary software applications to meet engineering requirements utilizing engineering documentation and processes
* Develop maintenance procedures based upon engineering standard work requirements
* Understand and utilize engineering source data and processes
* Identify root cause(s) of issues and provide technical solutions
Qualifications:
* Minimum Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Systems engineering or comparable experience
* Aptitude for computers, advanced software, and modeling/simulation applications
* Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Exceptional work ethic; capacity to work well individually and as part of a team
* Motivated to learn and to be productive, and meet customer expectations with excellence
* Due to the nature of our work ship is required
Desired skills include:
* Gas turbine engine experience/familiarization in either commercial or military application
* Familiar with maintenance facilities and processes
* Knowledge of basic mechanical skills and tools.
Compensation:
We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary rate of $65,520 to $69,680 however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. Benefits offered may include health care, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k); education assistance; paid time off including PTO, holidays, and any other paid leave required by law.'
