Summary

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform raw data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
Build dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decisions.
Develop and maintain automated data pipelines and ETL processes.
Work with stakeholders to understand analytical needs and deliver actionable insights.
Create data models, forecasts, and scenario analyses.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.

**Qualifications:**

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
Proven experience (typically 1 3+ years) as a Data Analyst or similar role
Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database systems
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent)
Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions
Knowledge of statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage competing priorities and work under deadlines.
