Summary

Senior Zscaler Network Security Specialist (ZIA / ZPA) - Chattanooga, TN We are looking for a Senior Zscaler Network Security Specialist to design, deploy, and support enterprise Zscaler security solutions in a high-availability environment. The role focuses on ZIA, ZPA, Zero Trust access, and integration with existing network and security platforms.

Location: Chattanooga, TN 37402
Mode: Contract (6+ Months) Onsite

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and manage Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA)
Implement Zero Trust / ZTNA security models and access policies
Integrate Zscaler with firewalls, VPNs, SD-WAN, and identity providers
Monitor and troubleshoot Zscaler performance and connectivity issues
Provide Tier-3 security support and incident resolution
Collaborate with IT, security, and compliance teams
Create and maintain security architecture and operational documentation

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of hands-on experience with Zscaler (ZIA, ZPA)
Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, VPN, routing)
Experience with SASE and cloud-based security platforms
Integration experience with Azure AD, Okta, or similar IdPs
Strong background in enterprise network security
Experience with Palo Alto, Check Point, Juniper SRX firewalls
Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred Experience

High-availability firewall environments
Solaris-based firewall platforms
