Summary

Required Skills & Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in ETL/ELT testing and data migration projects.
Strong expertise in Oracle, Netezza, Snowflake, and SQL.
Hands-on experience with IBM DataStage, Matillion, and dbt.
Proficiency in Jira, Azure DevOps, and test management tools.
Experience in defining and executing Test Strategies and Test Plans.
Strong understanding of data validation, reconciliation, and automation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in Snowflake, Matillion, dbt, or relevant QA tools.
Experience with Python or scripting for test automation.
Exposure to data governance and metadata management.
