Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead execution of device hardware and accessories programs. The TPM will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to drive product development, manage risks, and ensure timely decision-making across global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end program management across product development cycles

• Drive fast, effective decision-making and manage critical issues through prioritization

• Collaborate with hardware engineering teams (Product Design, Industrial Design, Electrical, Antenna) onsite in Redmond

• Coordinate with overseas internal and external teams

• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies

• Lead UAT activities and ensure readiness for releases

• Create and present weekly status updates, agendas, and executive-level presentations (Director/VP level)

• Escalate issues and resolve cross-team dependencies to meet key product KPIs

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of Technical Program or Product Management experience

• 3+ years of Project Management experience (scope, schedule, budget, risk, critical path)

• 2+ years of software development experience

• Strong experience with O2C, UAT, and Supply Chain

• Experience working with high-tech or hardware products

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proven ability to manage cross-functional and global teams

Preferred:

• Experience working directly with engineering teams
