• Title: Deskside Support Specialist 

• Location: Denver 

• Contract: W2 only, 6 month contract with potential for extension or conversion to full time  

• Pay: $28 /hour + optional medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match 

Overview 

This role provides daily operations support and maintenance for network systems, including wireless and VoIP. The candidate will proactively monitor networks to ensure stable and dependable services across multiple platforms, configuring and troubleshooting computer networks as needed. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Support and maintain LAN/WAN/wireless/VoIP operations by collaborating with network facility and hardware/software vendors. 

• Monitor networks using network management applications to identify faults and ensure continuous data and telecommunication access. 

• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly to minimize downtime. 

• Configure network hardware and software to optimize performance. 

• Assist in problem resolution related to network faults and outages. 

• Provide white glove service to end-users, ensuring high-quality support. 

• Maintain documentation of network configurations and issues. 

Required Skills 

• 3-5 years of IT work experience in infrastructure or network environments. 

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. 

• Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems. 

• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on white glove service. 

• Ability to work onsite in Denver. 

• Knowledge of network configuration and maintenance. 

• Familiarity with network management applications. 

Preferred Skills 

• Experience supporting both PC (70%) and Mac (30%) environments. 

• Ability to work independently and proactively. 

• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. 

• Knowledge of VoIP systems and wireless network configurations.
