Job Title: Technical Analyst III
Location: Denver, CO / Remote
Duration: 4+ months (Potential for extensions/conversion)
Client is a leading provider of dialysis services for patients suffering from chronic kidney failure. The Company owns and operates 2,400+ kidney dialysis centers to serve over 1.7 million patients, domestically and internationally.
The Technical Analyst role resides in our Enterprise Architecture group, part of the greater Information Technology department. The position will be staffed in our Corporate Business Office located in Denver, CO and reports directly to the Vice president of IT Enterprise Architecture Office.
We are seeking a Technical Analyst with responsibility for providing technical writing, technical analysis, quality management and project management to enable the effective delivery of IT architecture efforts. The Technical Analyst should bring a passion for critical thinking, problem solving, collaboration and continuous improvement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborates with IT partners to gather quality technical data in a centralized tool like LeanIX
- Partners with IT PMO, delivery team and other stakeholders to continuously improve tools, templates and processes used throughout the IT project delivery lifecycle
- Generate reports and visualizations based on LeanIX data to provide insights into the organization's technology landscape.
- Create reports and establish monitoring (KPIs, OKRs, etc.) of enterprise assets, technologies, roadmaps, standards, principles and any other artifacts related to the discipline of Enterprise Architecture.
- Function as a scrum master and will manage the backlog to track status
- Partner with IT stakeholders and Enterprise Architects to document as is and target ( to be ) systems architectures.
- Consistently leads and operates in a well-managed fashion, ensuring data integrity across various tools including Apptio, LeanIX, etc.
- Designs and prepares a variety of reports including but not limited to management reports, status reports and ad hoc reports
- Function as the primary LeanIX administrator Oversee day to day administration and configuration of the platform.
- Support Enterprise Architecture initiatives by customizing dashboards, factsheets
- Works well in a team environment, sharing knowledge and lessons learned
- Demonstrates value generation through the analysis of activities to drive leadership decisions on prioritization.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor s degree in related area preferred or a combination of education and progressively responsible work experience in related area may be substituted in lieu of degree
- Two (2) to four (4) years of experience in a project support or technical analytical role preferred
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
- Firm understanding of IT SDLC (systems development lifecycle), including IT processes, framework and tools like Jira, Confluence
- Working knowledge of MS Teams and SharePoint preferred
- Experience in Agile methodologies like Scrum, Lean, Safe is preferred
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture or information modeling frameworks and techniques
- Strong soft skills participating in small groups of architects and practitioners, communication with functional and technical experts, and demonstrated ability building consensus
