RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of a Business Analyst in Boston, MA.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain alignment with stakeholder needs and overall program vision
* Own program objectives and business requirements through delivery
* Produce clear, high-quality documentation on time to effectively communicate objectives
* Elicit, document, and manage business requirements and user stories with business SMEs
* Develop and maintain BRDs, RTMs, requirement mappings, and test cases to ensure full test coverage
* Review test results and support stakeholders through releases and implementations
* Coordinate deliverables, approvals, and enhancements across release cycles
* Manage requirements, changes, and defects using program tools and track status throughout the project
* Identify process improvement opportunities and serve as a program SME, contributing to cross-team documentation
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree
* 4-5 years of IT applications experience as a Business Analyst
* Strong experience analyzing and synthesizing business requirements and complex information workflows, including publishing sensitive content via CMS solutions
* Proven ability to collaborate with and negotiate across multiple technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Excellent communication, relationship-building, and cross-functional coordination skills
* Expertise in information systems, business operations, and solution design/integration
* Detail-oriented, process-driven, adaptable, and able to perform under tight deadlines and pressure
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
