RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Help Desk Technician in Bristol, IN.
Summary:
We are seeking an IT Support Technician with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a customer-first mindset. Culture is a key part of this team, and we are looking for someone who is eager to learn, will roll up their sleeves, and support internal employees in a fast-paced environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience providing Level 1 IT support, including password resets, email troubleshooting, and general end-user support
* Hands-on experience working with ticketing systems
* Currently using ShareWell, with a transition underway to Freshworks
* Experience supporting a manufacturing plant environment; Closest plant is approximately one hour away and supports 500-600 employees
* Positive attitude with a willingness to work hard and be a strong team player
* Comfortable working directly with internal employees at all levels
* Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic, hands-on support environment
* Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
