Customer is seeking a Marketing Technology / Integration Engineer to support campaigns and enhance its customer engagement and personalization platforms. This on-site role will focus on building and maintaining API-based integrations across marketing, personalization, and data platforms to ensure seamless, reliable, and data-driven customer experiences across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain REST and event-based APIs to integrate marketing and personalization platforms.
• Implement and support Dynamic Yield integrations for customer personalization, targeting, and recommendation use cases.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to enable data activation and campaign execution using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Build and manage integrations with Braze, supporting campaigns, transactional messaging, and Canvas flows.
• Perform data analysis and validation using Snowflake and SQL to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliable downstream usage.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring system stability and data integrity across platforms.
• Work closely with marketing, data engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and CI/CD processes using Git and AWS-based environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in API development and system integrations (REST, event-driven architectures).
• Hands-on experience with Dynamic Yield personalization and recommendation implementations.
• Solid working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including data extensions and campaign enablement.
• Experience integrating and supporting Braze for marketing and transactional messaging workflows.
• Proficiency in SQL and working with Snowflake for data analysis and validation.
• Experience with AWS cloud services and modern development practices.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in production environments.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and source control tools such as Git.

• Prior experience in Retail or eCommerce environments.
• Exposure to customer data platforms (CDPs) or event-streaming architectures.
• Understanding of personalization, customer journeys, and omnichannel marketing concepts.

• Work onsite with cross-functional teams driving customer personalization and digital innovation.
