Summary
Title: Precision Imaging Network Consultant Location: Remote Duration: 1 year plus
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Precision Imaging Network (PIN) Consultant to support end-to-end implementation of an enterprise imaging solution across the full project lifecycle. This is a highly customer-facing role where you will act as a trusted consultant, guiding healthcare organizations through workflow design, configuration, training, and delivery to ensure optimal clinical and financial outcomes.
The ideal candidate is self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of Health Information Technology (HIT) and clinical experience
- Hands-on radiology / imaging workflow experience
- Operational knowledge of DICOM, HL7, FHIR, and APIs
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows within hospitals or outpatient imaging centers
- Experience with specialty department workflows and imaging modality types/attributes
- Clinical background or Radiology Technologist background
- SaaS platform experience
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proven commitment to customer satisfaction
Nice-to-Have / Preferred Skills
- CT modality experience
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support implementation activities for the Precision Imaging Network solution
- Serve as a customer-facing consultant throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide best-practice guidance on imaging workflow design with focus on clinical and financial outcomes
- Configure solution deliverables and analyze optimal workflow scenarios for each customer
- Collaborate with internal teams to support system implementation and customer success
- Resolve application issues related to configuration, setup, and functionality
- Provide guidance on application design, efficiency, and training needs
- Deliver services effectively using remote and web-based tools
- Adapt plans, documentation, and delivery approaches to evolving project requirements
- Consistently meet project timelines without delay
