Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled BI Reporting Developer to join our TCMS reporting team. This role is critical in bridging the gap between complex financial data and actionable insights. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance reporting solutions across both Tableau and MicroStrategy platforms.
The ideal candidate is a data enthusiast who thrives in a financial services environment and enjoys optimizing dashboards for clarity, speed, and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Dashboard Development: Design and implement complex visualizations in Tableau and enterprise-grade reports in MicroStrategy.
System Integration: Support the reporting needs of the Treasury Cash Management Systems (TCMS) to ensure seamless data flow and visibility.
Data Modeling: Translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring data integrity across all reporting layers.
Optimization: Perform tuning of existing reports to improve performance and end-user experience.
Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders in Charlotte to gather requirements and provide technical guidance on BI best practices.
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years of professional experience in Business Intelligence or Data Engineering.
Expertise in Tableau: Proven ability to create interactive dashboards, calculated fields, and data blends.
Proficiency in MicroStrategy: Strong understanding of MicroStrategy architecture, schema objects, and document/dashboard creation.
SQL Skills: Advanced SQL writing skills for data extraction and validation.
Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)
Experience with Teradata (highly preferred).
Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
