About the Role

AaraTech Inc is seeking a Business Analyst (2–3 Years Experience) to support project teams with requirement gathering, documentation, analysis, and process improvement. In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders, senior analysts, product owners, and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
Create user stories, use cases, process flows, wireframes, and meeting notes
Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technical teams
Work closely with senior analysts, developers, QA, and product owners
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as standups, sprint planning, demo sessions, and retrospectives
Perform basic data analysis, prepare reports, and support decision-making
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test cases, tracking defects, and collecting user feedback
Manage and maintain project documentation using JIRA, Confluence, or SharePoint
Assist in identifying process gaps and recommending improvements

Skills & Qualifications

2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar IT/analytical role
Strong knowledge of requirements gathering, documentation, and workflow analysis
Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
Proficiency with tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), JIRA, Confluence
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation abilities
