We are seeking to hire several experienced Software Engineers (Go / Golang, Angular, React) to join our team working on a new multi-year award we have within a large Federal Gov’t Agency in Arlington VA and/or Falls Church, VA. This role is 100% onsite, with a choice of the two locations.
Being a US Cit and possessing an active DoD secret Clearance (or higher) is required for working on this program.
This position pays a strong salary package with full benefits (including choice of healthcare plans, dental, vision, life insurance, 3 weeks PTO, 11 Paid Federal Holidays, and a matching 401k).
An option for working on an hourly rate is also available for those not needing a full benefits package.

Role Description:
Experienced Software Development Engineer responsible for maintaining and developing new and existing features within the application. This position requires working collaboratively across teams to deliver products successfully. The selected candidate will work as part of an existing team.
Responsibilities:
· Solve complex problems utilizing Go, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bash.
· Passionately create systems which will be used and have a major impact and interact directly with customers and end-users.
· Design and maintain application architecture including database schema and API design.
· Have the ability to produce customer facing production code day one.
Min Skills and Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience with general understanding of some of the development tools such as:
· Web frameworks like AngularJS or ReactJS
· Code source control such as GIT.
· Web application development and REST.
· Development with C or C like languages.
· Working in a Linux environment with an understanding of Agile development.
Preferred Skills an Qualifications:
· Experience in Machine Learning algorithms, LLM, developing MCP (Model Context Provider) Server
· Experience with GO/Golang
· Experience with UX design
· Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL.
· Development of distributed systems.
· Use of static analysis, unit testing, and continuous integrations.
· Development of real time data applications.
· Handling more than 1 project concurrently.
