Summary
Juno is seeking a full-time IT Support Analyst to provide Level 1 technical support for end-user computing, mobile devices, and core business systems. This role serves as the first point of contact for IT issues, including desktop support, mobile device support, and ERP/CRM system troubleshooting. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, technically curious, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment while supporting business-critical systems and internal users across the organization.
Compensation: $52,000 – $56,000 base salary + 5% annual bonus | On-site 4x weekly in Glen Mills, PA
Key Responsibilities
Desktop & Mobile Support
- Provide timely, user-focused technical support for Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.).
- Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, operating systems, and approved software applications.
- Support Android mobile devices, including application issues, connectivity, and configuration.
- Assist with mobile device management (MDM) and enforce security policies to protect mobile endpoints.
- Ensure devices comply with company security and usage standards.
ERP & CRM Support (Level 1)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for ERP and CRM user issues.
- Triage, document, and resolve basic system issues; escalate complex incidents to internal teams or vendors as needed.
- Provide basic user support and guidance to improve end-user proficiency with ERP and CRM systems.
- Track issues through resolution and communicate status updates clearly to users.
General IT Support
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and groups using Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and related platforms.
- Log, track, and resolve support requests through the internal ticketing system.
- Maintain accurate hardware and software inventory records.
- Support new employee onboarding, including account setup, device provisioning, and access configuration.
- Document processes, procedures, and solutions to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in an IT support, help desk, or technical support role.
- Hands-on experience supporting Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Familiarity with mobile device support (Android preferred) and MDM tools.
- Exposure to ERP and/or CRM systems in a support or user-facing capacity.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365 user management.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to support non-technical users.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a multi-site or operations-focused environment.
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and asset management tools.
- Interest in growing beyond Level 1 support into systems, applications, or infrastructure roles.
