Job Overview: The Event Support Specialist will play a critical role in supporting employee engagement and staffing for customer events. This position will assist the Staffingforce event leads and handle reporting and analytics needs for the team. The role involves managing timelines, ensuring the accuracy of staffing deliverables, and supporting event execution. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: - Manage timelines and ensure the accuracy of all staffing deliverables.
- Support staffing leads in building and maintaining the Staffingforce tool (RainFocus).
- Track relevant metrics according to KPIs aligned with the Employee Engagement Center of Excellence.
- Perform audits and reporting to monitor staffing and ensure employee compliance.
- Travel onsite to support event execution for Staffingforce, as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure deliverables are met and none are missed.
- Attend weekly team meetings and contribute to team goals.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: - 2-3 years of successful event registration, content management, or project management experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including complex formulas, pivot tables, vlookups, and handling large data sets.
- Exceptional attention to detail, critical for audits, reporting accuracy, and database management.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, including managing timelines, multiple projects, and competing priorities.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills and experience working in a highly cross-functional organization.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with complex requirements and last-minute changes.
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize workload in a deadline-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of GSuite, Slack, and RainFocus is preferred.
- Optional skills include Tableau or advanced data visualization, previous event registration/staffing experience, and cross-functional collaboration experience.

Pay Range: $30hr - $32hr on w2 The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
