RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of a Project Manager in Boston, MA.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee program/project activities, track progress, and ensure quality deliverables
* Coordinate technical teams, vendors, and shared service communications
* Manage software development and AWS migration lifecycles; Maintain program health
* Handle Jira processes for defects, changes, and enhancements; Provide strategy input
* Review and approve deliverables; monitor risks/issues and maintain documentation
* Prepare reports, tickets, and support requirements gathering, design, testing, and go-live
* Liaise with stakeholders for status updates and risk resolution
* Ensure compliance with standards, change management, and documentation control
* Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and testing strategies
* Provide data analysis, mapping, and quality assurance across systems
* Develop technical specifications, test plans, and user stories; Mentor team members
* Ensure privacy/security compliance and support UAT, SIT, and performance testing
* Train end-users and deliver knowledge transfer materials
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Preferred certifications (PMP, IIBA, Six Sigma, TOGAF)
* Skilled in Agile/SCRUM SDLC with 5+ years in business analysis and data integration
* Strong expertise in project management, business analysis, and requirements documentation
* Technical proficiency across applications, data processes, and technologies (Java, .NET, Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake, AWS)
* Familiar with accessibility standards, ADA compliance, and NIST security; experienced with PII/PHI data
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills; adept at stakeholder collaboration
* Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Visio, MS Project, and data visualization tools
* Ability to work independently and in team environments
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
