Job DetailsJob Description:
- Support Project Managers, project reports/docs/planning, RFIs, change orders, takeoffs, field relations, assist with project cost controls, submittals, and coordination
- Drawings/specs, material lists/pricing, budgets, schedules, ensure project progress/milestones/success, compliance with codes/standards/company policies, and assist in resolving issues
- Structured career path to APM and then Project Manager
- Work hours can be either 6am-3pm, 7am-4pm, or 8am-5pm which includes a 1-hour lunch
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Engineer/Admin on construction projects
- Skilled in multitasking, efficiency, project/employee supervision, job organization, meeting deadlines, documentation, and communication
- Prefer experience with Accubid and Bluebeam
- Must pass background check, drug test, and reference check
