Position Overview
This is a mid-level execution role—focused on translating requirements into thoughtful, user-centered designs.
The Product Designer will partner with another designer to execute on projects across Ads and Business tools. The role involves reading requirement documents, wireframing, creating high-fidelity mockups, participating in design critiques, user research, and usability testing, and advocating for user needs while balancing business and technical constraints.
The designer will work on Ad interfaces (how businesses advertise in App Store and Apple News) and Business interfaces (tools for companies operating within the ecosystem).

Portfolio:

You have:
• 5+ years of product design experience, ideally focused on business tools, platforms, or enterprise applications
• Proficiency with modern design tools such as Sketch, Keynote, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to break down complex workflows into intuitive, usable interfaces
• Skilled with modern design and prototyping tools
• Awareness of accessibility principles and a commitment to inclusive design
• Strong communication skills and an eagerness to contribute to team discussions and decisions
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to give and receive feedback constructively
• Interest in how business tools can create real, measurable impact for users
• Enjoy solving real-world problems
• Eager to hone their craft and expand their influence through strong execution and collaboration
Must Have
• 5+ years of product design experience, preferably with business tools, ad platforms, enterprise applications, or equivalent web-based tools

• Skilled with Sketch, Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern design/prototyping tools

• Comfortable working within an established design system and applying shared patterns
Nice to Have
• Experience on ad platforms, enterprise/business, or equivalent web-based tools
• Experience designing web-based tools or software for professional or organizational use
• Experience with advertising interfaces (e.g., App Store Ads or Apple News Ads)
• Familiarity with enterprise or business tool ecosystems (e.g., Maps, business management tools)
• Familiarity working within established design systems and contributing to their evolution
• Comfort managing multiple projects simultaneously and adapting to changing priorities

Responsibilities
• Contribute to the design of intuitive, user-centered experiences for a suite of advertising and business tools
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to translate user needs and business requirements into thoughtful design solutions
• Explore and iterate, participate in design critiques, and work alongside a talented team to build high-quality, human-centered tools
