Your Impact: The Multifamily IT SharePoint Team is seeking a skilled SharePoint and Power Platform Development, Senior to assist in developing SharePoint Online Sites and automation projects, analyzing business needs and translating requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications: - Minimum 7 years of experience in the SharePoint development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solutioning, development, testing, and release management.
- Minimum 5-6 years of hands-on experience with Power Platform technologies: Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven),Power BI, Power Automate and SPFX (SharePoint Framework)
- Recognized as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Power Platform.
- Experience designing and implementing innovative SharePoint and Power Platform solutions for business intelligence, dashboard reporting, and automated workflows to facilitate collaboration and streamline program processes.
- Strong background in Excel automation (VBA/macros).
- Expert with API integration (REST, Graph API).
- Demonstrated experience in solution governance and developing advanced flows.
- Up-to-date knowledge of MS 365, Power Platform, and automation tools.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degrees preferred.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $129,000 - $193,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
