As a C&L Technical Professional Services Professional. Sr. you will provide in depth analysis and consultation to clients, Sales Partners, and C&L Professional Services, and Product Teams during the sales, requirements development, design, and deployment of Cash & Logistics products to ensure accurate implementation & timely configuration in order to satisfy clients business needs. In addition, you will work closely with clients and internal partners to ensure implementation delivery and client issue resolution exceed service level commitments.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Elicit and capture the technical requirements for Cash & Logistics implementations
Work with project team on functional and technical components of the implementation project including product configuration, interfaces, installation, and testing
Serve as the primary client interface from a technical perspective
Recommend hardware configuration. Convey general information to the client concerning platform compatibility and other technical standards of the solution.
Install the solution at the client site, including configurations
Conduct on-site and off-site technical training for customers
Identify, investigate, and resolve technical problems given the established severity level and work in conjunction with the client, C&L Implementation Coordinators, Project & Program Managers, and development teams to identify and resolve technical roadblocks
Determine technical and business impact assessments of customer specific customizations
Create/Review Statement of Work (SOW) documents and work with Sales to design the proper solution for each client
Work with product development to design the appropriate approach for customers
Advise clients on security matters, performance considerations, and overall integration into the client IT infrastructure
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field or 4 years of relevant experience
3 years of experience with technology related projects
2 years in SQL Server including SQL scripting
2 years in Windows Server and Linux Server
2 years in support of Java J2EE application servers such as Jboss, Wildfly, Weblogic and\or Websphere in Windows & Linux
Knowledge of Webservers such as IIS and Apache
Knowledge of Web services (SOAP & REST)
Experience in building reports and dashboards with Power BI
Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:
Experience in banking, financial services, cash management, ATM Managed Services
Expertise with versioning tools (i.e. subversion)
Experience with Cash and Logistics/Cash Management system implementations
Knowledge of computer networks, networking, and hardware
Software testing experience and defect tracking
Knowledge of project management methodology
