JOB SUMMARY:
Our National Financial Servicing client is looking for a dynamic Director of Product Management- on a REMOTE full- time permanent basis to lead and direct the LOS/ Reverse Mortgage. As a member of the elite team, the Director is a hands-on leadership position with the skills and experience to implement creative business and technology solutions to achieve business objectives. This Director of Product Management Director will be responsible to execute a clear vision for the future of the product, communicate with customers, and work to and define features that will achieve the most business value for their organization
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- 6+ years of experience in solutions management/Product Management and executing business initiatives, strategy and goals to achieve B2C customer experience and consumer web portal upsell and cross sell opportunities.
- Strong experience in collaboration with Business executives and creating effective Product roadmaps, customer journey building, involved in specs and assessments, epics and user stories
- Fluent in understanding SQL and data visualizations
- Functional understanding of web programming and database languages
- Ability to provide leadership, critical thinking, and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for being the Product expert on all products related to LOS / Reverse Mortgage and business objectives.
- Perform market research, collect and analyze user feedback to support development of new products, features, and enhancements and provide actionable insights to the Business Management team on best practices around creating cross sell engine.
- Collaborate feature definition, development, deployment, and management of new and existing products on the company s platform.
- Define product objectives based on customer-centric user stories. Analyze complex business requirements and develop detailed solutions geared towards operational excellence
- Create product roadmaps and communicate the vision for enterprise business line that accomplishes the business unit s strategic goals.
- Assess the requirements of the organization by building relationships with customers and business users.
- Liaise with IT, Finance, Human Resources, and Executive Management to ensure product objectives, scope and timing are achieved.
- Ensure business impact and product department objectives/dependencies are identified, reported on and managed at all times
- Provide expertise to mentor internal staff and business partners.
- Assist in identifying new vendors to support strategic roadmap. Evaluate vendors and provide recommendations for the company as needed.
