Senior UX/UI Designer/Senior User Experience Researcher/Designer (UX/UI Design)

We are seeking a highly experienced and forward-thinking Senior UX Designer to join our digital product team. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in UX/UI design and user research across software or enterprise applications. This role requires a proactive designer who can lead discovery, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver intuitive, data-driven digital experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on UX/UI design and user research experience in digital or enterprise software
• Strong experience designing interfaces for AI or data-driven products
• Advanced proficiency in Figma for responsive design, prototyping, and developer handoff
• Practical experience with Scaled Agile methodologies and JIRA
• Proven ability to facilitate user feedback sessions and usability testing
• Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize research into actionable insights
