Our client is looking for a Senior IT Solutions Engineer/Analyst who enjoys being the person others rely on when enterprise systems need to work flawlessly. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, owning IBM Maximo solutions that directly impact asset management, supply chain efficiency, and day-to-day operations. • Compensation: This job is expected to pay about 120-130k

What You ll Do:

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver IBM Maximo solutions that improve processes and decision-making
• Configure, customize, and support IBM Maximo to meet evolving operational and technical needs
• Lead system upgrades, patches, and maintenance to ensure stability, security, and performance
• Troubleshoot complex issues and collaborate across teams to maintain system reliability and business continuity
• Support integrations between Maximo and other enterprise systems, including testing and validation

What Gets You the Job:

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring and supporting IBM Maximo in an enterprise environment
• Strong technical background with Maximo customization, integrations, and related tools such as SQL and Java
• Proven ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable IT solutions
• Experience leading or supporting system upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance
• Bachelor s degree in Information Technology or a related field, plus 5 7+ years of relevant experience
