What You'll Do

Lead all technical activities across the full engineering lifecycle, from requirements analysis to final validation and testing.
Analyze, decompose, and trace system requirements using JAMA, ensuring clear documentation and alignment with customer needs.
Guide system and subsystem design, oversee integration and troubleshooting, and ensure the team delivers high-quality solutions.
Develop and maintain engineering management plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Collaborate closely with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive successful project execution and risk mitigation.

Key Skills Needed:

Bachelor's degree in engineering and 5+ years technical experience
Expertise in Systems Engineering and the V-Model
Skilled with requirements management and scheduling tools
Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
