Description

Gather and document business requirements related to AML, KYC, and Consent Order initiatives
Work on customer consent management (capture, validation, lifecycle, audit trail)
Strong experience as a Business Analyst in Banking/Financial Services
Hands-on knowledge of AML & KYC processes
Experience working on Consent Order / Regulatory remediation programs
Consent management processes
Consent-related workflows and documentation
Regulatory or compliance-driven system
Recording customer approval (digital or manual)
Managing consent lifecycle (create, update, revoke, expire)
Ensuring compliance with regulations (privacy, AML, data protection)
Tracking audit trails and approval
