Job Description:
· Work closely with Capital Markets teams (Sales & Trading, Research, Syndicate, Compliance) to gather and analyze business requirements.
· Translate business needs into Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.
· Create detailed documentation including user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
· Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
· Design Salesforce features for deal management, investor onboarding, account hierarchy, and relationship tracking.
· Support Capital Markets activities such as IPOs, ECM, DCM, M&A, and investor allocation processes.
· Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, and Architects to implement scalable CRM solutions.
· Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.
· Ensure Salesforce solutions comply with regulatory requirements such as KYC/AML, SEC, FINRA, and MiFID II standards.
· Define data models, data mappings, and integration requirements with trading, research, and compliance systems.
· Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports for business users and leadership teams.
· Conduct stakeholder workshops, training sessions, and product demos.
· Maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on business priorities.
· Act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams to ensure clear communication and delivery.
· Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement for Salesforce platforms in a fast-paced Capital Markets environment.
