About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Azure DBA / Senior Data Engineer to support enterprise and government modernization initiatives. This role focuses on building, administering, and optimizing secure, scalable data platforms using Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, and Dataverse.

Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and optimize Azure SQL Database and SQL Server environments
• Design and support data models and integrations using Microsoft Dataverse
• Support and integrate data solutions with Power Platform applications
• Ensure database performance, availability, security, and disaster recovery
• Work in compliance-driven, government-aligned environments

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Azure Database Administrator (Azure SQL / SQL Server)
• Microsoft Power Platform certification – PL-400 or PL-600 (Required)
• CompTIA Security+ (or higher) – Required
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dataverse
• Solid experience working in Azure cloud environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting government or DoD projects
• Strong understanding of security, compliance, and best practices in Azure
