<>Responsibilities>
- Analyze, design, develop, and maintain .NET applications using MVC architecture.
- Implement Oracle database changes, including stored procedures and performance tuning.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility and security standards.
- Manage code and deployments via Azure DevOps (CI/CD).
- Perform testing and create technical documentation.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum processes and provide accurate task estimates.
- Support user acceptance testing and troubleshoot issues.
<>Required Skills>
- 8+ years in Microsoft .NET application development (analysis, design, coding).
- Expertise in C#, .NET Framework, MVC, JavaScript, Bootstrap.
- Strong experience with relational databases (Oracle preferred, SQL Server), including stored procedures and performance tuning.
- Knowledge of accessibility and security standards for custom applications.
- 4+ years experience with Azure DevOps (work item tracking, code management, CI/CD).
<>Preferred Skills>
- Experience in government agencies.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Suite (SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel).
- GIS experience, especially Esri JavaScript APIs.
<>Work Arrangement>
- Hybrid: 60% remote, 40% onsite weekly in Madison.
- Must be a Wisconsin resident or relocate within 30 days of start.
- Initial 5-day onsite onboarding required.
- Work must be completed within the State of Wisconsin.
