Location: Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop backend services using Java

• Build scalable and reliable server-side applications

• Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment

• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

• Support production systems and perform performance tuning

• Mentor junior developers when needed

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Java backend development

• Spring Framework (Spring Boot preferred)

• Multithreading and concurrency concepts

• JVM fundamentals and performance tuning

• Relational databases and advanced SQL

• Linux/Unix environment knowledge

• CI/CD pipelines and Git-based version control

• Build tools: Maven or Gradle

• Microservices architecture

• Messaging systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ – preferred)

• Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform – preferred)

• Containerization (Docker; Kubernetes is a plus)

• Understanding of application security concepts (OAuth, JWT, SSO)
