Salesforce Developer

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions that support business operations and strategic initiatives. This role requires a strong technical foundation in Salesforce development, integrations, and administration, as well as the ability to collaborate in an agile environment and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using best practices.

• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs.

• Support and enhance Salesforce functionality through configuration, customization, and administration.

• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to team members.

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.

• Ensure code quality, scalability, and security through proper documentation, testing, and version control.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer in a production environment.

• Hands-on experience developing and consuming APIs for system integrations.

• Experience working within agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).

• Strong understanding of Salesforce Administration, including configuration, user management, security, and reporting.

• Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and support other team members.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I and/or Platform Developer II.

• Experience with one or more of the following tools or technologies:

• Power BI

• JIRA

• OmniScripts / Vlocity

• MuleSoft

• GitHub or similar source control repositories
