Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and the ServiceNow development team, gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for HRSD processes.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum teams to refine, prioritize, and manage the product backlog.
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases that align with business objectives and ensure seamless implementation.
- Use AI-driven tools to assist in requirements analysis, data interpretation, and to generate insights that inform development.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
- Conduct process analysis and recommend improvements to optimize HR service workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
- Assist in the creation of documentation, training materials, and user guides, leveraging AI tools for efficiency.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Support the testing and validation of solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and specifications.
- Stay informed about AI advancements and explore how emerging AI tools can enhance project delivery, process automation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Keep abreast of ServiceNow HRSD features, best practices, and industry trends to recommend enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within ServiceNow HRSD or similar HR service management platforms.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and service delivery models.
- Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Demonstrated ability to utilize AI tools for requirements gathering, analysis, or process improvement (e.g., natural language processing, AI-based documentation, or data analysis tools).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze complex business problems and translate into clear, actionable user stories.
- Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Rally) and ServiceNow platform.
- Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL frameworks is a plus.
