Systems Integration Engineer

Description:
TEKsystems is looking for a high-level Systems Integration Engineer at our customer supporting missions out of Space Systems Command typically operates at the intersection of technical engineering leadership, mission-focused systems design, and enterprise-level integration strategy. The role blends deep technical expertise with big-picture thinking to support national security space programs.

Required Experience:

• 12+ years in Systems Engineering, ideally within the space domain.
• Experience with DoD programs, especially programs of record.
• Systems of Systems integration, particularly combining space segment and ground systems.
• MILSATCOM expertise, including Strategic SATCOM and AEHF systems.
• Integration of space vehicles with ground systems.

Work Environment & Expectations:

• On-site presence at client location expected 3-5 times per week.
• Remote flexibility for reviews and analysis tasks.
• Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
• Ideal candidate is high-level, focused on strategic contributions rather than deep technical execution.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $85.00/hr.
