Overview

Seeking an experienced business analyst to support the Solicitation Review System migration from Microsoft Forms/Power Automate/Excel to Jotform, with Power BI reporting. The BA will lead requirements gathering, gap analysis, documentation, and testing.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements elicitation sessions with stakeholders
Document current-state and future-state requirements
Perform gap analysis of workflows, data, and reporting
Translate regulatory and business needs into system requirements
Collaborate with Senior Systems Advisor on development and testing
Support UAT, validation, and system documentation
Provide weekly status reporting
