Required qualifications
Experience: A minimum of 10+ years of experience in IT architecture or software development, with a proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale, complex data and integration solutions.
Master Data Management (MDM): Extensive, hands-on experience with an industry-leading MDM platform (e.g., Informatica MDM), including data modeling, data quality, hierarchy management, and governance.
Data Integration (IICSETL): Proven expertise in designing and developing ETLELT processes using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) and other ETL tools.
Cloud Data Platform (Snowflake): Deep hands-on experience with Snowflake architecture, data modeling, performance optimization, and integrating Snowflake with other cloud services.
Integration Middleware (WebMethods): Strong background in designing and implementing integrations using the WebMethods suite, including ESB services and API management.
Database and Scripting: Solid proficiency in SQL, data warehousing concepts, and scripting languages such as Python or Shell.
Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.
Domain Expertise: Experience in mastering data domains such as Person, Patient, Product, HCP, HCO, Asset, CAPA, and Nlink
