Summary

Required Skills & Qualifications:
2–4 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development.
Strong understanding of ITIL and ITSM frameworks.
Proficiency in GlideSystem, GlideForm, and other ServiceNow APIs.
Experience with web technologies: AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON.
Familiarity with ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge.
Experience with Service Portal development and customization.
Knowledge of integration methods including REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize workflows and business processes.
Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Application Developer.
Experience with ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, or other advanced modules.
Exposure to Performance Analytics, Virtual Agent, or App Engine Studio.
