Job Title: Data Architect or Lead

Location: Edison, NJ- Onsite

Rate: $140k/ annum

Job Description:

• 12–15 years of overall experience, combining solution architecture with hands-on delivery.

• Strong client-facing skills, able to lead conversations, manage expectations, and handle escalations calmly.

• Hands-on technologist who can step in to design, review, and, when needed, build/debug components – not just guide from the sidelines.

• Proficient in Data Solutions, preferably with practical, hands-on experience on Databricks (Lakehouse, ETL, analytics, or AI workloads).

• Strong hands-on experience with PySpark and Python for large-scale data processing and transformation.

• Experience designing and implementing microservices-based architectures.
