Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist with 12+ years of expertise in data analysis, modeling, and advanced analytics to support business decision-making through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in statistical analysis, machine learning, and working with large-scale datasets.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights

• Design, develop, and deploy statistical and machine learning models

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytics solutions

• Build predictive and descriptive models to support strategic initiatives

• Develop and maintain data pipelines and workflows

• Communicate findings through data visualizations, dashboards, and reports

• Mentor junior data scientists and provide technical guidance

• Ensure data quality, governance, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Data Science / Advanced Analytics

• Strong expertise in Python and/or R

• Extensive experience with SQL and relational databases

• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning algorithms (regression, classification, clustering, NLP, etc.)

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar

• Strong knowledge of statistics, probability, and data modeling

• Experience working with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop – preferred)

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform)

• Exposure to MLOps and model deployment pipelines

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

• Background in domains such as Finance, Healthcare, Retail, or Technology
