A client that has built a software/system integration that creates modifications to players on video games played on PC's is hiring. This company has created an easy to use, and highly reviewed product that will create new ways of playing games and stays up to date with new releases, functions, and enhancements. They are hiring a C++ Developer to join their team. The technology behind this product is unique and they are equally hiring to fill a unique role.
They are ideally looking for a developer who has 8-10 years of experience with C++ development, 5+ years of experience with Windows API (process/thread management, hooking, DLL lifecycles), Systems level programming (process injection, IPC mechanisms, handle management), concurrent programming and distributed systems. This C++ developer will eventually become the Tech Lead for this group and will be responsible for the design and development of their backend. You should be experienced in Windows programming at a kernel level and feel comfortable with threaded development, as well as distributed systems. Leadership or mentorship experience is a plus, in addition to someone who understands business requirements/customer requests.
This is a fully remote role, full time, direct hire opportunity. You will have an opportunity to own a lot of projects on the backend system. You should feel comfortable in a startup environment and work well with a team.
