Job Description

A Tibco Integration Developer is responsible for designing developing and maintaining integration solutions using Tibco software products The role focuses on enabling seamless communication between enterprise systems ensuring data consistency and supporting business process automation.

Core Tibco Tools BusinessWorks BW 5x and 6 EMS RV ActiveMatrix TIBCO Administrator

Integration Concepts EAI SOA API management

Should have experience in Mulesoft

Programming Java XML XSLT XPath

Web Services SOAP REST

Database Oracle SQL Server

Version Control CICD Git Jenkins

Monitoring Tools DataDog Dynatrace

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or related field

5 years of experience in Tibco integration projects

Knowledge of Agile methodologies and integration best practices

Certifications like Tibco Certified Professional are a plus

Key Responsibilities

Design and Development

Develop and implement integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks BW EMS and ADB R3 and File adapters

Create and optimize workflows for Enterprise Application Integration EAI and ServiceOriented Architecture SOA

System Integration

Integrate multiple enterprise systems ERP CRM web services using TIBCO tools

Implement SOAPREST web services XML transformations and JMS messaging

Testing and Deployment

Perform unit testing integration testing and troubleshoot issues

Generate EAR files and deploy applications using TIBCO Administrator

Performance and Scalability

Monitor and optimize Tibco applications for high availability and scalability

Collaboration

Work closely with business analysts architects and QA teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions

Documentation

Prepare technical design documents deployment guides and maintain integration process records
