AI Solution Architect

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Must Have:

Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts: supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, LLMs

Experience with ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn

Hands-on experience with MLOps tools and practices

Strong data engineering knowledge (ETL, data lakes, streaming)

API design and microservices architecture

Proficiency in Python or similar languages

Cloud & Architecture

Expertise in Azure

Experience designing distributed and scalable systems

Knowledge of containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

Roles & Responsibilities

Design end-to-end AI/ML solutions aligned with business objectives

Define AI system architectures including data pipelines, model lifecycle, APIs, and deployment strategies

Evaluate and select appropriate AI/ML models, frameworks, and platforms

Ensure scalability, performance, security, and reliability of AI systems

Collaborate with data scientists to operationalize models (MLOps)

Guide teams on model training, validation, deployment, monitoring, and retraining

Design data architectures for structured and unstructured data

Establish best practices for AI governance, explainability, and bias mitig
