Summary

Role Overview

The Enterprise Supply Chain team is seeking a Senior Sourcing & Contracts Specialist to support the Data & Information Services category, reporting directly to the Senior Category Manager. This role owns the end-to-end sourcing, negotiation, and contract lifecycle management for suppliers providing data, software, SaaS, and information services.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Category Support

Partner with the Sr. Category Manager and business stakeholders to execute category strategies.
Lead end-to-end sourcing events (RFX/RFP/RFQ), including supplier engagement and proposal evaluation.
Provide subject matter expertise during sourcing initiatives and supplier negotiations.

Contracting & Negotiation

Negotiate commercial contracts, Statements of Work (SOWs), amendments, renewals, and terminations.
Manage the full contract lifecycle from initiation through execution and expiration.
Handle contracts resulting both from sourcing events and standalone negotiations.

Supplier & Risk Management

Collaborate closely with Legal, Finance, and Risk teams to ensure compliance.
Integrate vendor risk management and governance requirements throughout the sourcing process.
Support supplier performance, risk mitigation, and compliance initiatives.

Cost & Value Optimization

Identify and drive cost efficiencies and savings opportunities.
Analyze supplier proposals and provide data-driven recommendations.

Required Qualifications

Must-Have

5 7+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, contract negotiation, or supplier management.
Minimum 3+ years supporting Data & Information Services, Software, or SaaS categories.
Strong experience with commercial contract negotiation.
Hands-on experience using ERP or contract management systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba).
Proven experience working with Legal teams and suppliers.

Nice-to-Have

Category management experience.
Third-party/vendor risk management exposure.
Strategic sourcing methodology knowledge.

Education

Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
