Summary

Mandatory Qualifications

1.	This position requires at least a bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent from an accredited institution. A copy of the degree must be submitted with the Candidate Proposal Response.
2.	84 months experience in working with HL7 messages
3.	84 months experience in the design, implementation and deployment of Java SE, JDBC, Java Servlets and JavaScript with relational database model applications
4.	84 months experience in using WebLogic application server
5.	84 months experience in designing complex web applications on various development platforms, including REST web services
6.	84 months experience working with java-based service-oriented architecture
7.	84 months experience in application testing including design and implementation of test plans
8.	84 months experience in designing interfaces with SAS server environment
