The Analytics Team Advertising data analytics team empowers the intelligence and efficiency of Arity Marketing Platform, which enables marketers to find their best customers wherever they are in their journey. Our goal is to empower marketers to reach prospects and display relevant messaging based on how, when, and where they drive. The team is responsible for optimizing the in-house marketing platform for advertisers and publishers, as well as our revenue, throughout all funnels. To achieve this, not only do we need to look for inefficiencies on the platform including individual campaigns, but also how to grow and scale the platform to gain more revenue. This means we need to find a cost-effective way to rapidly deploy, test and iterate algorithms on our platform. This team is also fully integrated within a cross-functional scrum structure including product owners, software engineers, account management/adOps team, and other talents to collaborate with to achieve the same business goals.
Where good people build rewarding careers. This is a Summer 2026 internship for students currently enrolled in a degree program. This role is responsible for monitoring and optimizing our digital advertising campaigns on Arity marketing platform. You will closely work with the account management/adOps team to understand the campaign goals and dig into the data to look for insights to make recommendation to optimize the campaign. You will design A/B testing to measure the effectiveness of the optimization. You also need to work with data scientists to provide operational insights for building automated solutions using machine learning and AI algorithms so that you can leverage them in running the campaign wherever necessary.
Key Responsibilities: The following are the areas of responsibility the Data Analyst Intern will be exposed in some capacity:
- Lead the tracking, measurement, and analysis of performance across multiple programmatic advertising campaigns.
- Identify campaign performance and delivery issues; collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement timely, data-driven solutions.
- Design, build, and maintain advanced dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor key KPIs such as budget spend, CPC, CPM, win rate, and others.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis across multiple data sources to develop and implement optimization strategies (e.g., adjusting bidding and ranking factors).
- Drive A/B testing initiatives and apply statistical methodologies to assess campaign impact and inform future strategies.
- Communicate insights and strategic recommendations clearly and persuasively to account management/adOps or product teams

Job Qualifications: - Currently purposing a Bachelor's degree. Studies related to statistics/mathematics, engineering, predictive analytics or data science is a plus.
- Possess quantitative and analytical thinking skills
- Experience with analytical tools, such as Python, SQL, Excel, and visualization tools
- Ability to synthesize data into meaningful conclusions and recommendations to business clients
- Ability to support routine analysis
- Effectively communicate concepts, tools and techniques
- Ability to perform in a fast paced, dynamic and ambiguous business environment
- Ability to assist data and technical projects
Internship Outcomes: - Exposure to both technical and business partners
- Ability to interpret and measure the impact of predictive models through project experience and training
- Understanding of Allstate's data and how to access and manipulate
- Ability to execute and implement creative ideas on a timeline, ensuring deadlines are kept
- Communication of project results and status updates to internal and external leadership
Compensation offered for this role is between $25 and $33 an hour and is based on experience and qualifications.
