Job Overview: We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Developer to lead and oversee a team in delivering functional and innovative web applications. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in UI development, Agile practices, and modern development techniques, ensuring the successful design, build, test, deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of web applications.
Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee a team to ensure the successful delivery of functional products.
- Design, build, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance web applications using expertise in UI development.
- Operate effectively within Agile frameworks and demonstrate a solid grasp of Agile practices.
- Apply modern development techniques such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and Test Driven Development.
- Exhibit proficiency in software engineering areas and a comprehensive understanding of the software lifecycle.
- Work across large environments with multiple operating systems and infrastructures for large-scale programs.
Qualifications: - Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience managing a team.
- Proficiency in React, Typescript, React Context API, React Query, Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, and API integration libraries.
- Experience with CICD, code quality testing, integration, and rollout support.
- Ability to coach and mentor teams in technical skills.

Pay Range: $80 - $85 The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
