Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer
Locations: Jersey City, NJ

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer to join our client AMEX through IntraEdge. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise with modern backend and frontend technologies and be able to build scalable, high-performance applications in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
Build responsive, user-friendly UI components using React or Angular.
Design, develop, and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS.
Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, product owners, and QA.
Troubleshoot issues, optimize application performance, and support production workloads.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and CI/CD processes.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of strong experience as a Full Stack Java Developer.
Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and RESTful APIs.
Strong frontend experience with React or Angular.
Hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, S3, ECS, EC2, API Gateway, etc.).
Solid understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines Jenkins, GitHub, Maven/Gradle.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.

Good to Have

Experience with Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes.
Familiarity with cloud-native architecture and distributed systems.
Prior AMEX or financial domain experience.
