Job Title: Workday Solution Architect Advanced Compensation
Location: Remote (Client based in San Jose, CA)
Duration: 3 6 Months (Contract)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Workday Solution Architect with strong expertise in Advanced Compensation, including Merit, Bonus, and Stock programs. This role will support a client based in San Jose, CA and will be fully remote.
The consultant will work on a blend of Workday production support and project-based initiatives, partnering closely with HR and business stakeholders to deliver ongoing enhancements and optimizations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support Workday Advanced Compensation configurations
Configure and support Merit, Bonus, and Stock programs
Partner with HR stakeholders on compensation-related initiatives
Provide production support and contribute to enhancement projects
Participate in ongoing Workday optimization and improvement efforts
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a Workday Solution Architect
Strong hands-on expertise in Workday Advanced Compensation
Experience supporting Merit, Bonus, and Stock compensation programs
Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
Contract Details:
Duration: 3 6 months
Location: Remote (U.S. based preferred)
